About us
Our company is made up of professionals with more than 20 years of experience in the aquaculture, chemical, and seaweed processing industries, with proven expertise in fish farm construction, operations, optimization of industrial processes, and the management of projects of various scales.
Our experience also includes the development of new processes for product manufacturing, R&D, and other advances in industrial engineering projects.

Engineering and Construction – STH Caliboro Open-Flow Fish Farm
Open-flow fish farming facility with an installed capacity of 5,400 m³.
Tanks with a central walkway and metallic dome structures allowing for the installation of blackout photoperiod covers.
Intake and discharge channels equipped with band filters on intake and rotary filters for wastewater treatment.
Automated feeders, UV disinfection system, oxygenation columns, head tanks, mortality silos, emergency power generation system, and oxygen supply system.
Facilities include staff areas, offices, biosecurity infrastructure, and storage for feed and chemicals.
OPTIMIZATION OF FISH FARM WASTEWATER TREATMENT
Disinfection system for aquaculture effluents through ozone dosing via Venturi, integrated into the existing line, with level and ORP control, ensuring regulatory compliance.
RESPEL and SUSPEL Warehouses – Fish Farming Facility
Installation for the management of hazardous and dangerous substances, compliant with current regulations: Decrees 43 and 148 of the Ministry of Health, Decree 594, and the General Ordinance of Urbanism and Construction (O.G.U.C.).
Implementation of the Integrated Farm Assurance Standard for Fruits and Vegetables
GGAP Certification Consulting for a cherry orchard, achieving certification with >95% compliance. Gap assessment and implementation of corrective improvements.
Industrial Warehouses
Design and construction of industrial warehouses with metallic structure and cladding, totaling 2,250 m² of capacity. The warehouses include concrete slab flooring both inside and in external transit areas. They feature interior and exterior lighting, gates, perimeter fencing, and staff facilities.
Seaweed Drying Industrial Plant
Seaweed processing plant with a complete production line for red seaweed, covering all stages from the reception of bulk, fresh, or semi-dried seaweed; sand removal; manual cleaning; baling and palletizing; through to dispatch.
Complete processing line for brown seaweed, including pre-grinding, milling, sieving, and packaging in bags or bulk sacks, up to final dispatch.
For edible seaweed, we feature an electric forced-air dryer housed in a free-capacity container, equipped with a rack system that allows the seaweed to be placed in multiple levels.
Industrial Vegetable Processing Line
Washing, drying, and grading line for vegetables.
Design of Mobile Housing Solution
Design of a mobile, functional, and sustainable housing solution compliant with local housing and transportation regulations (in Chile: General Law of Urbanism and Construction and traffic standards).
Conceptual and Basic Engineering for the Implementation of a New Packaging Line in Carrageenan Production
Design of a powder packaging line featuring an automatic thermo-sealing machine with in-line waste control and calibration.
